What idea do you think I should try next?👇

August was my first month with client sessions after my last surgery. Honestly, I felt scared going back into it.

What if I didn’t plan enough? What if my brain goes empty while I’m directing? What if I suddenly forgot everything I ever knew about photography? 🫠

Like always, my “what ifs” turned into “see…you were fine”, thanks in large part to the trust from some INCREDIBLE clients 🫶 and these sessions have quickly become some of my FAVES!

I can’t wait to share more when the time is right, but I’m excited to keep pushing my creativity this fall, and I hope that I can use it for your brand!

These are the things you literally will not regret ahead of your brand photoshoot. Like ever. Pinky swear. ➡️

By a professional. 💇‍♀️

You deserve to feel pampered for an hour or two, and it’ll help you feel like the BOSS you are!

(Plus it helps speed up the editing process, which means you get your new pics back sooner!)

And not on your printer at home.

Go to a printer, or even Staples, and get them printed on high quality paper. They’ll look sooooo much more legit, and that transfers onto camera every time.👌

If your photoshoot is part of a website/brand refresh, THIS IS IMPORTANT!

Nothing is worse than receiving a gallery of great photos that don’t fit the spaces you need them. Ask your designer for a list, or put us in touch so we can coordinate directly!

This is such an underrated option imo!

Adding on B-roll video (background clips with no audio) lets you extend the content you’re already getting without going through a separate shoot day. Plus it stays completely cohesive with your photo gallery!

Okay so a year ago I shot for Graze North Charcuterie (how it’s been a whole year is BEYOND me!)

Before we get into how, I really NEED to know your charcuterie must-haves! (Mine is allllll the cheeses 🧀)

Lina’s boards were already ridiculous. The problem was her photos took inspo from every other charcuterie page in town.

So we fixed that. Her ingredients, her vision, that honey pull (I mean come onnnnn) 😍

Since then: events trailer booked out, custom orders keeping her busy, and voted Best Charcuterie in Barrie for 2026 (for good reason! 👏)

She built all of that. I just helped make it visible.

A few weeks ago I shared with my Referral Networking in Barrie team how my job doesn’t end with delivering photos.

Consider this your permission slip.

You’re allowed to be great at your job and terrible at posting about it. Those are two different skills, and only one of them is what your clients actually pay you for.

Brand photos exist so your marketing can catch up to your work, without you having to become a content person. You show up once (with full guidance), I show you being great at what you do, and then you have months of posts, website updates, and proposals that finally make you look like the obvious choice you actually are.
