POV: One parent has a Pinterest board, a vision, and a plan… and the other is just trying to figure out what the hell is happening 😂😂

I had WAY too much fun editing these because tell me this isn’t basically every family photoshoot ever. 😂 One partner knows exactly what poses they want, and the other is just along for the ride, taking direction and hoping they’re doing it right.

The progression from “what exactly do you want me to do here?” to genuinely laughing about it is EVERYTHING. 🤣❤️

Honestly, these are the moments that make family photos so good. 🫶🏻

Call me crazy but I don’t use AI to edit or cull.
In a world where AI is being used in everything it’s not something I like to use during the editing process. I don’t rely on it to cull albums because it usually rejects the best photos!

I tested it out on my fall minis and the photos it rejected were photos like these which are photos I think deserve to be edited and delivered 😍

Just my hot take for the day 💁🏼‍♀️

Bring the dog.
As a dog mom to two dogs that aren’t very calm, aren’t perfectly trained and know that they would make a shoot absolutely wild, I encourage you to bring the dog! One day you’ll look back and love that you were able to get some photos with your pup- even if they’re not all 100% perfect.
