✨ Studio opening 2026! You won't find me doing a dark and moody shoot because it's just not me! I want to see faces, expressions and the colours so your portraits can last for

years on end! Im the only one in the Townsville area that has this style and I think its awesome to have something different to the rest! That's why my style is True to Colour! I worked very hard over the years figuring out how I wanted my work to look and that's it! Have fur kids and want them brought along DON'T HAVE TO ASK ME TWICE! Bring them along I love dogs so they'll be getting lots of love/pats from me :D

My fave areas to photograph are Babies (oh so Teeny Tiny cute!) and Weddings... I love a good wedding. If you are a chilled out bride wanting portraits that reflect the happiness weddings hold I'M YOUR GIRL! I've won many awards over the years being a finalist in the ABIA (Twice) is my proudest up against the best of the best in the state... One day I'll win!

Hey everyone ✨

Late last night (well... more like early this morning 😅), I got invoices sent out and a good chunk updated (still a few more to go!) and spent some time working on wedding timelines.

Yesterday I caught up with Tennessee and her beautiful family for some updated family portraits, complete with horses. As soon as I saw her gee gees, I knew we were in for something special!

If you know me, you'll know that gee gees and a camera are a match made in heaven. They just add something extra to photos, and I absolutely love it when clients choose to incorporate something that's uniquely them into their session.

The kids were full of personality, there were plenty of laughs.... and briber, and some fishing practice for barras . These are the sessions I love most! relaxed, genuine, and completely centred around the things that make a family them.

Also, can we talk about these winter afternoons? They are absolutely delivering at the moment. That golden sunset glow mixed with the soft pre-evening light is just pure magic. ✨🐴📸

Nestled beneath the bush chapel, surrounded by the lush beauty of the Range, they exchanged vows in front of their most important people and their beloved fur babies.

There were plenty of tears, endless laughs, cake, and a few celebratory shots before everyone headed to the pub for a relaxed and casual afternoon together.

Life update ✨

I feel like I'm going to blink and it's going to be Christmas! Seriously where has this year gone!

As everyone knows, we're building a house, so I'm currently packing the last of our things (with half already sitting in storage), juggling life with two kids after a major daycare fallout (thankfully we've found a new centre and they're now thriving!), and trying to keep up with all the other day-to-day things. If you're a mum, you get it!

Fridays are my favourite days because the kids get to have fun and play while I get some quiet time to work and pump out as many edits as I possibly can.

I'm pumping sessions out as fast as I can while navigating burnout, but I'm determined to keep pushing through.

Late July I'll be in Charters but only for the final few months of the build, I'll still be travelling back and forth to work with clients. Once the house is ready, I'll be settling back in and getting prepared for Christmas Minis. They'll be the very first sessions held in my new studio, which is pretty exciting!

In saying that, while I am catching up, some galleries take longer than others, especially when I'm editing requested changes such as removing objects, blemishes, dry skin, or other distractions. I put a lot of care into every gallery because I want my clients to love their photos, but I promise they're worth the wait!

I'll continue keeping everyone updated on where galleries are at, and don't forget there's also a pinned post that I update regularly.

I honestly thought this year was going to be a bit of a dud, but it's turned out to be quite the opposite!
I can't thank everyone enough whether it's booking sessions, recommending me to friends/family or tagging on a post!
