A little slice of paradise tucked away in the Snowy Mountains. 🏡🍂

With warm lights glowing from the cottage and beautiful reflections on the water, this place feels like something straight out of a fairytale.

No TV. No phone service. No distractions. Just the perfect place to sit, unwind and forget about the outside world for a while. ❤️

A big thank you to Brett and his lovely wife Diana for being so warm and welcoming, and for allowing us to photograph their beautiful little paradise. 🌿

Third time visiting Helensburgh Tunnel, and still no little waterfall at the entrance! 😅

It’s been raining in Sydney, and there was plenty of water along the track, so I really thought I’d get lucky this time. But nope, still no waterfall!

Oh well, just another excuse to come back! 😂📸🐛

The beautiful snow gums of the Snowy Mountains. 🌿🌳

I just love their twisted shapes, colourful bark and the way each tree seems to have its own personality. Some look like they’ve been dancing in the wind for hundreds of years.

I’d love to come back one winter and see them dancing in the snow. ❄️❤️

A little detour to Sea Cliff Bridge on my way home from Jindabyne. 🌊💙

I’ve been wanting to photograph this stretch of coastline from above for a while, last time I was here it was raining. This time, I was pretty happy to catch some lovely evening light. The ocean was such a beautiful shade of blue, and the clouds added a nice bit of colour too.

Couldn’t help taking a few too many shots from different angles! 😆

I loved the character of these two trees. It’s like “Til death do us part” 🤣

I just can’t decide which version I like better.
