Seeing double đź‘€

The two famous landmarks - Perth Stadium and the Matagarup Bridge putting on a perfect reflection show on a crisp autumn morning. The Swan River was like glass, capturing every detail before the storm set in.

How good are mornings like this in Perth?

The famous Crawley Blue Boatshed, captured on a moody day.

I deliberately overexposed the sky, as there wasn’t much colours to work with, to create this minimalist capture. Hope you like it.

Winter sunrise captured from a secret location down the road 🤣

Woke up a little later today, as always when I saw the colours I was a little too late. Nevertheless I still enjoyed being out early in the morning watching the city wakes up.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

While the last few days was all about post‑storm scenes, here’s a different view: The night before – no wind, a calm river and reflections that felt almost unreal.

Autumn nights like this at Matilda Bay are my favourite. No wind, no waves, just glassy water and soft lights on the river. It was so peaceful, I stood there for quite some time just to breath it all in.

Beautiful sunrise from this morning at the foreshore. 🌅On my way out of the house I noticed streaks of colour across the sky and couldn’t resist a quick stop to take a few shots.

I had to head into the office and left just before the most intense orange appeared. Sometimes we catch the moment, sometimes we just miss it – here’s to better luck next time.

Autumn sunset in Bowral, New South Wales.

We came to the region for the day just checking out spots for a special occasion, wandering around without much of a plan, and then the sky decided to show off.

Whispery clouds, soft light and that kind of quiet that makes everything feel a little extra special. 🌅🍂

It's been more than six months since I was out for some astrophotography. When the opportunity came knocking on Sunday night, myself and a few friends headed out to Lake Preston Lime to check out some of the quirky display in the campground. ✨

We spent some time scouting the area and eventually settled on this incredible nosedive plane as our subject — it had so much character against the open sky. We arrived a little too early to catch the Milky Way in full glory, rather than head home empty-handed, we decided to stay and capture the stars instead.

The sky was absolutely stunning and the company made it even better. We'll definitely be back when the MW rises during decent hours! 🌌✨

I’ve been a bit quiet with my camera lately and laying low on social media, so I thought it was time to share something that reminds me why I love photography. This blue hour view of Perth city was captured from Crawley, just as the sky was slipping from night into day.

There’s this magical window of time when the city is beginning to wake up. I really like how the streetlights turn into little starbursts. It’s one of those moments where everything feels calm yet full of energy at the same time.

Hoping to get back out there more often with my camera, exploring familiar places with fresh eyes. 📷✨

A colourful reverse sunset lit up the clouds behind me, so I sprinted across the freeway, set up my tripod as fast as I could, and fired off a long exposure.

The cars turned into streaks of light while the sky turned vivd.
