For the longest time, I’ve wanted to change my business name to something less about me personally and a little more fun and memorable. But I couldn’t come up with a name I liked. That was until my kids were born and then it was clear.

As a photographer, the one regret I've had is never been able to get a proper portrait of my father before he passed away. It's been over 15 years now and in that time I've developed more skills to capture portraits of people that I would have loved to applied to one last photo of my father.

I took this B&W image of Dad at the airport before one of his last trips back to Greece to visit his family. It was taken almost 18 years ago to the day and it's a profile of him that I'd always admired.

With todays technology I can 'compose' a portrait of what would have been, so this weekend I spent some time making the portrait I would have loved to have taken with a camera in my studio. It's nowhere near perfect but it captures the same profile and the tone that I wanted and I'm happy I now have a special photo of him to cherish.

Just finished up another restoration for a young lady wanting a gift for her parents for Christmas. The original print was very sun faded but I was able to bring out the contrast to produce a deeper and richer B&W image. With the help of some AI and Photoshop we went from a very small and faded 3x5 print to a beautiful and clean 8x12. The client was extremely happy with the results and that makes me happy.
