Carly Dillon Photography I believe photography is an art & I love every second of what I do! Hello, my name is Carly Dillon & photography is my passion. I believe photos are forever.

I grew up with a grandfather & father who always had a camera in their hand & luckily for me I have inherited their creative genes. I always knew I wanted to be a photographer, however it was only once I had my first child & purchased an SLR camera that I began to turn a hobby into my profession. I believe that the best way to treasure your memories is to capture them with a photograph. A photogra

ph can make you laugh, smile, cry & reminisce. People come and go, memories fade, but a great set of photos can - and do - last a lifetime. My aim is to provide a fun, relaxed & friendly environment to capture these moments. I prefer to use natural light & love to shoot outdoors. Poses can be great fun but those candid shots, especially with children, are always the most beautiful & timeless photos. I specialize in weddings, newborns, children, maternity & family shoots.

Today was a special one - meeting the gorgeous rainbow baby Bonnie! I have taken so many photo's of this beautiful family over the years including Rob & Hayley's wedding last year. 5 week old Bonnie has had a very challenging start to her little life with surgery & a long stay in hospital - What a warrior she is & surrounded by the most loving family. So happy your little girl in finally home in your arms x

Hey all! I have completely neglected my photography page lately - whilst I have still been doing heaps of family shoot's the last couple of months the lack of energy to my social media has been terrible so I thought I'd post a few photo's tonight finally. I did a mentoring shoot this morning with a client Tori, who is eager to learn how to use her camera which was SO much fun! I just quietly stood in the background taking some candid photo's of her brother Henry & girlfriend Eden down at Seaford Pier (thanks for modeling legends) whilst she was practising her skills. It was freezing & totally foggy but so beautiful. I will try make more of an effort to post & get back to showing what I truly love to do. Once again a long time between posts... after having to take a break due to some surgery my first newborn back couldn't have gone any better! Meet Caleb. What a chilled out little dude & big sis Phoebe was my right hand man (chick) helping with set ups & making sure her little brother was warm & happy. I just realised I haven't posted since last year! Super slack with the socials.... so Hannah's maternity shoot was the perfect excuse to pop some photo's up. Beautiful morning, beautiful family & beautiful bump! Cannot wait to meet Phoebe's little bro or sis in a couple of months.

Absolutely LOVE seeing this family ever year to update their photos. Even though I didn't do my regular Xmas Mini's Jun-Ni & the gang still booked in a discounted shoot. It was windy, cool & the tide was right in so we had a few obstacles to tackle but I think we got there in the end!
