Whay an amazing experience! I was taking photos of the jellyfish, and I almost fell into the water when a dolphin surfaced right by me! I followed the two dolphins as they were hunting right next to the path! Amazing! PS -excuse the huffinf and puffing, I had to almost run to keep up! 😊😊

Powerful, unpredictable, and unmistakable, the African buffalo is one of Africa's most formidable wild animals and a member of the 'Big Five'. Often seen in large, imposing herds, these massive bovines roam the savannahs and woodlands of East Africa, commanding respect from predators and safari-goers alike.

I just loved watching the elephants enjoying this waterhole on a hot day. The little ones were just adorable!

Interesting fact: Elephants are drawn to water. Young calves splash around and climb on their mothers, while the juveniles dive, roll, and engage in playful tussles. For adults, water serves as a place to connect and socialize, while the older elephants tend to stay relaxed and still.

These very cute hyena cubs were being looked after by a 'babysitter' while the mother was out hunting.
Interesting fact: Hyena family bonds involve shared responsibility and social cohesion, with other clan members, usually female relatives, acting as "babysitters" for cubs while the mother hunts. This communal care strengthens social bonds and aids in the survival of the cubs, which stay with their birth clan and nurse for one to two years.
