Being a mum on your wedding day requires a different level of patience than on an average day. You’re on a timeline, there is often a lot of white…and sticky little hands, there are sleep times to work around and short attention spans (and that’s just me 😂). Maddy’s chill factor when Goldie sat on her dress whilst eating a muesli bar, was impressive!

After a hiatus from this app that I have a love hate relationship with, I’ll try and start posting more again…but if I don’t, just remember that I’m still in business and the world shouldn’t revolve around a grid.
If you’re new here, I’m Dea. Your friendly, neighbourhood photographer. I shoot weddings, families and branding photography for ALL people (and animals if they can afford it). The most important thing to me at a shoot is that you feel comfortable to be yourself. You can have the nicest styling in the world but if you feel uncomfortable then that’s what you will remember, which is why I’d rather make it feel like we are just hanging out talking about whatever comes into our heads (intrusive thoughts always welcome). I cannot guarantee that whatever is in my head and comes out of my mouth will make sense, but can guarantee it will be entertaining! P.S. how do celebrants post so many photos of themselves, it’s taken me nearly a week to talk myself into posting this one of myself doing an awkward lean?!
