The MHF – NRL Beanie for Brain Cancer Round is always one of my favourite events on the calendar, and this year certainly didn't disappoint.
I love being part of this event for so many reasons—from the incredible fans who wear and buy beanies to show their support in the fight against brain cancer, to The Big Three Trek entering McDonald Jones Stadium after completing an incredible 150km walk from Sydney to Newcastle, where they're welcomed by family, friends and supporters.
This year alone, The Big Three Trek raised an amazing $470,000 for the MHF, taking their total fundraising across six Big Treks to more than $1.65 million for vital brain cancer research.

This years 2026 Beanie For Brain Cancer Round has raised an AMAZING 3.8 million.

Congratulations to every single person who played a part in making this year's Beanie Round such a success. Whether you bought a beanie, donated, volunteered, walked, or cheered from the sidelines, you helped make a real difference.
