Not all ceremonies follow the “usual spot” rulebook… and honestly, I'm here for it.
Instead of the traditional setup, Georgia and Jake chose to have their ceremony right in front of the chapel at Circa 1876 Restaurant—and it was the best kind of unexpected.
Same place, different perspective… and suddenly everything felt a little more personal, a little more them.
There’s something really special about couples who trust their gut on the day. Who look at tradition, smile politely, and then move the chairs anyway.
It was intimate, a little bold, and completely beautiful 🤍

A spring wedding reception at Peregrin Restaurant Merewether.

Good food, warm coastal air, clinking glasses… and just when you thought the vibe couldn’t get any better—someone brought out a saxophonist and suddenly the whole night turned into a movie scene.

Hailey and Grant didn’t just have a reception. They had a mood.

The kind where people forget to check their phones, conversations get louder, and every moment feels like it’s supposed to be exactly where it is.

In this reel, Jaya and Caitlin become our very convincing “couple” 😂 and road-test some of our favourite locations for saying I do by the sea — from dramatic cliffs and golden beaches to intimate little coastal corners.

Seeing Ash + Linc again with their newest little addition 🤍
Last time we were together it was a wedding day—now it’s tiny socks, baby snuggles, and the kind of love that somehow gets even bigger (and slightly more sleep-deprived).
Welcome to the world, Reggie 🥹
There’s something pretty special about coming back to photograph families after the “I do.” The same two humans, just upgraded with a whole new tiny boss running the show.
Ash and Linc looked way too calm for people who now have a baby… which either means they’re naturals or Reggie is very convincing.
Either way, it’s pretty perfect 🤍

Kristy and Niall eloped in a place that truly felt like the edge of the world. 🌿
With only two close friends and their beautiful children there to witness, Jaya and I were lucky enough to catch a tiny glimpse into the wonderful life they have built together.
A day filled with connection, love, laughter and all the little moments that make a marriage.

Georgia + Riley 🤍
A quiet little moment before everything began.
Georgia got ready, stepped into her dress, took a breath… and then ducked away for a private first look with Riley just before the ceremony.
No crowd. No noise. Just the two of them, the kind of anticipation you can feel in your chest, and that split second where everything shifts from “getting ready” to “this is really happening.”
These are the moments I love most—when the day pauses just long enough for something real to sink in before it all begins again.
Then it was back to the chaos, the happy tears, and walking down the aisle like nothing had just completely changed everything 🤍

A winter wedding at Peppers Creek Barrel Room & Chapel that felt like it was made for black and white film and big feelings.
There’s something about winter weddings that just hits differently—less noise, more intimacy, and a kind of quiet magic that sneaks into every frame.
Lib and Luke didn’t need much. Just each other, a beautiful space, and a day that felt calm in all the right ways.

Some families become such a special part of your story as a photographer.
I've photographed these two on their wedding day, then welcomed little Ivy into the world, and now here we are documenting the arrival of baby Maverick. 🥹🤍
Watching families grow is one of the greatest privileges of this job. Getting a front-row seat to these milestones and being trusted to preserve them never gets old.
And through every chapter, there has been one very important family member by their side—their loyal pup. From wedding photos to family portraits, from one baby to two, they've been there for it all. Honestly, they deserve their own gallery at this point.
