It was an honour to attend the internationally acclaimed 2026 Siena Awards ceremony on Saturday night in Siena, Italy with the talented Steven Farah. 🇮🇹
The Siena Photography Awards also encompasses the Creative Photography Awards and Drone Photography Awards. With over 40,000 entries annually from 150+ countries across all 3 competitions, it is one of the biggest photography competitions in the world.
This was my first time entering so I was incredibly humbled to learn that my ‘Swarm’ photograph was a nominee in the abstract category of the 2026 Drone Photography Awards. I was very happy to receive a ‘Highly Commended’ award and place in the top 5 in my category.
The Drone Awards itself receives around 14,000 entries each year.
Congratulations to all the winners, runners up and other award winners!
Thank you to all the event organisers and the town of Siena for hosting this amazing event, it really was a privilege to be a part of it.
The biggest thanks of all goes to my creator in heaven and my lord and saviour Jesus Christ, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Without him I am nothing. 🙌
