There’s something so special about watching families grow 🤍

I first met this beautiful family in 2023 when they were a family of four… and since then, I’ve had the honour of capturing so many milestones alongside them. Their wedding, a motherhood session, welcoming a new baby into the world… and now seeing them as a family of six.

These are the stories I never take for granted. To be invited back into these seasons over and over again means more than I can put into words ✨

From the bump… to baby 🤍

One minute you’re standing at the beach feeling those tiny kicks and dreaming of what your baby will look like…
and the next, they’re here, bringing all those dreams to life.

These are my favourite kinds of sessions to photograph because there’s something so special about documenting both chapters of the story.

The waiting.
Then the arrival. ✨

There’s something so grounding about the ocean during pregnancy.
The stillness, the slowing down, the quiet moments before everything changes 🤍

Motherhood is such a weird mix of feeling completely exhausted…. While also knowing these are the moments you never want to forget.

One day these tiny newborn cuddles will feel so far away.
That’s why these photos mean so much 🤍

A quiet little reminder if you’re expecting this year… 🤍

Most of my newborn clients book while they’re still pregnant.

Not because we know exactly when baby will arrive…
but because I only take a limited number of newborn sessions each month so I can give each family the experience they deserve.

Once your baby arrives, we then lock in the actual session date, usually within the first 6–14 days.

The early days move so quickly.
You’re exhausted, emotional, completely in love and suddenly weeks have passed in a blur.

Booking early simply means one less thing you need to think about during those first precious days 🤍

I photograph some of the most emotional, fleeting moments in your life…

The newborn bubble.
The tiny details.
The way your baby fits so perfectly in your arms right now.

This season moves so quickly, even when you’re in the thick of it.

And one day, not far from now…
these images will feel absolutely priceless 🤍

Which one would you pick?

I always find this so interesting…

These are all from the same session but each one feels different.

I definitely have a favourite (I always do 🫣) but I want to know yours.

1, 2 or 3?

You don’t need a perfectly behaved toddler for your session 🤍

Honestly… I don’t expect one.

The twirls, the wiggles, the little bursts of energy
that’s all part of it.

While you’re sitting there soaking up your newborn,
I’m quietly capturing everything in between…
the hand holds, the proud little looks, the real moments.

It’s not about everyone sitting still and smiling perfectly.
It’s about your family, exactly as you are.

You almost didn’t book these photos.

Not because you didn’t want them…
but because you didn’t think you’d be ready.

Ready to be in photos
just a week or two after giving birth.
While you’re still healing,
still tired,
still figuring it all out.

I hear this all the time.

But the truth is… you don’t need to feel ready.

You just need to show up 🤍
I’ll guide you through the rest, gently and calmly,
at your baby’s pace.

And this is what it can look like.
