Self Love. ❤️

Every day, I have conversations with people who struggle to see their worth. “I’m too fat.” “I’m not tall enough.” “I hate my stretch marks.” And honestly, it breaks my heart, because I know exactly what that feels like.

When I look back at my own journey — even to my high school years — I remember the darkness I carried. Depression felt heavy, and fear followed me everywhere. I was constantly worried about what people thought of me, terrified of being judged or spoken badly about, as if my worth was measured by the opinions of others.

I lived in a place where I felt unseen, unheard, and invalidated. I was a people pleaser. I would have done anything to be liked and accepted. It broke me, but at the time, that was my way of feeling worthy and accepted.

For a long time, I allowed the opinions of others to shape how I saw myself and what I believed about myself.

But healing taught me something powerful: my worth was never meant to be placed in the hands of other people. My journey to self-love truly began the moment I stopped seeking validation from the world around me and started finding it within myself.

Slowly, I learned to stand taller, speak kinder to myself, and embrace who I truly am. The journey wasn’t perfect, but every step helped me rediscover my strength.

Because even after the darkest seasons, you can still find your light again.

Self-worth is not defined by the whispers of others, but by the strength within yourself to rise above and embrace your true value.

Learn to love yourself. Surround yourself with people who do not judge you or measure your worth by your appearance, wealth, or success. Be yourself, because everyone else is already taken.
