Had Drift League's Round 3 "2Fast2Flamin" last weekend. Big thanks to Rick who helped shoot in the rain. Not the first time we've videoed in the rain but the first time water got into one of the cameras rendering it offline for a couple of hours until it dried out.

Was our first time shooting in the dark, lots learned to improve for next time but otherwise was a great meeting that perfectly encapsulated early 2000s car culture with a family friendly atmosphere.

Swapped the camera for a helmet and had a great time in the Team Ralliart Lancer at the Baskerville 1000. Finished midfield after a few minor issues including an unscheduled tyre change - we certainly got the most out of tyres!

In the background we have been busy working on our largest project to date, the 2025 Improved Production Nationals.

So far we've reduced nearly 24hrs worth of footage down to 7hrs. Here's a few screenshots of some of the action we captured.

We tried to capture a bit of everyone, whether you were at the front or the rear of the field there should be a few clips for you :)

The L2 category is for drivers just starting out who get to hone their skills at the same meetings as the more experienced L1 drivers. A great initiative to encourage new competitors to get involved.

I've thoroughly enjoyed broadening my exposure to new motorsport disciplines. Growing up I modified a lot of cars in Need for Speed and the local drift scene has tugged on those nostalgic heart strings - the range of cars, the engine swaps and the legends that steer them make these events super enjoyable 😎
