A garden party wrapped in black tie elegance, bright colour, and the kind of afternoon that felt effortless from beginning to end.
What started as a post-work drink after matching on Hinge somehow became a life together. A proposal on the English seaside, a move home, and now a wedding day surrounded by 65 of their favourite people on a hill overlooking the Tweed Valley.
The thing I’ll remember most about this day wasn’t the styling, the view, or even the perfect autumn light. It was the energy. Friends and family fully present, drinks flowing, shoes kicked off, and everyone genuinely enjoying themselves.
These are always my favourite weddings to photograph. The ones where the focus isn’t on perfection, but on people.
