Welcome to KarooScope!
We’re excited to introduce KarooScope.org - a project dedicated to bringing the breathtaking southern skies of South Africa’s Karoo region within reach of professional astronomers and passionate astrophotographers across the globe.
Imagine having access to one of the darkest skies on Earth, where you can observe, research, or capture deep-sky images remotely. That’s the vision behind KarooScope: a reliable, professional hosting service for telescopes under the pristine Karoo night sky.
But here’s where you come in!
We’d love for you to join this group to show your support for the concept and share your thoughts. And if you’d like to help shape the future of KarooScope, please take a few minutes to complete our short survey: KarooScope.org
Your input will help us design a service that truly meets the needs of both professional researchers and dedicated amateur astrophotographers.
Let’s explore the southern heavens together.
Join us on this extraordinary journey of discovery!
