Two sessions. Two beautiful moms. A whole lot of love. 🤍

This Easter weekend, I had the privilege of photographing something so simple, yet so powerful — the connection between a mother and her children.
The way little hands reach for mom.
The way older kids still lean in, even as they grow more independent.
The way she watches them, holds them, guides them… often without anyone noticing.

Motherhood is sacred work. It’s messy and exhausting and deeply beautiful at every stage.
And getting to freeze these moments in time — from the little years to the almost-grown ones — is something I never take for granted.

To every mom doing her best every day:
You are seen. You are doing holy work. ✨

Happy 1st anniversary to Mr & Mrs Midgley! 🤍

Robyn & Jeremy celebrated their love with an intimate garden wedding last year, surrounded by friends and family who travelled from near and far. The day was filled with so much love, laughter, and more than a few tears — it’s not often that the groom’s speech leaves almost everyone in tears.

Moments like these remind me what an incredible honour it is to do what I do. Getting to quietly step into people’s lives on one of their most meaningful days and capture memories they’ll treasure for a lifetime will never stop feeling special.

Leon and Karin chose the most beautiful way to celebrate his 70th birthday — by saying “I do.” 🤍

More than once during the day, Leon shared that he couldn’t have asked for a greater gift than Karin’s promise to love him for the rest of their days.

On a blazing hot summer’s day, surrounded by lifelong friends, family, and even grandchildren, these two began a brand new chapter — proving that love doesn’t have an expiry date. ✨

Eek! I’m so excited 🫣✨
I’ve spent the last month updating my website — something I haven’t done since 2020 (!!).

It’s taken me a while to truly understand my niche and what I bring to the table. After a really good chat with my brother-in-law in December, I had a lightbulb moment 💡 It’s time to stop hiding what I’ve always considered a “passion project”… and actually offer it as a service.

The secret’s not fully out yet 👀 You might spot a few hints on my website, but watch this space 😉

As we step into a new year, I just want to say thank you.
Thank you for trusting me with your stories, your milestones, your tiny in-between moments that mean everything.

2025 reminded me that photographs aren’t about perfection- they’re about presence. About remembering love as it really looked and felt in that season. It taught me that the most powerful images are made in the ordinary moments - the giggles, the chaos, the quiet hand-holding.

Here’s to a year of slowing down, holding your people a little closer, and preserving the moments you’ll one day look back on and say “this was our life.”
