HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY TO MY BABY BOY, BRONCO! Totally cried last night remembering every second of this time exactly one year ago. Oh, how nostalgia truly is one of my favorite feelings in the world. What a beautiful experience to have had a home-birth exactly as planned where I was in total control, trusting my baby and my body, and birthing him with my own two hands. Being able to relax with no where to be, no bright lights, no questions, no poking and prodding…just my cozy home, children, husband, midwives, and my mom. All of us present for the birth of this beautiful boy.

I admire how my girls love and care for him. Totally innate, they are nurturing souls at heart. And boy, does he adore the hell out of them. I was wondering how he’d feel being welcomed into this crazy household, but, naturally, he just takes it up a notch 🌀 boys be wild as hell, they say!

Motherhood is a level of growth that is unlocked time and time again. I don’t think I’d fully know myself if it weren’t for my babies and husband💛
