Who inspired you this week?
Was it a story in the news, a celebrity….. how many times are you inspired by local women?

🔥🔥 This woman is a F I R E in our community. She is a breath of fresh air and a force to be reckoned with. She paves the way for healing and motivates others to heal. It’s refreshing to see such a disciplined woman in a n age with so much distraction.

She inspires me to center myself, appreciate my own heritage, and celebrate life a little more. What local women do that for you?

Hey, HEY!

Meagan is the woman's woman your body never knew it needed. I am SO excited for her to share. I have participated in her embodiment workshop and learned so much about myself. That day I walked away knowing HOW I needed to HELP my body and mind, and I had some tools to do it!

She is a trauma -informed Somatic Therapist who utilizes Enneagram data and Subconscious Belief Reprogramming to aid her clientele in understanding and healing the relationship with our bodies and minds, , breaking chains, and living a much fuller life.
