Instead of stiff posing, I told them: “Cuddle with each other the way you would at home.” 🫶

That simple prompt created natural movement, genuine emotion, and one of the cutest hand-heart moments at the end. This is why I love using prompts during sessions: it helps couples relax and actually enjoy the moment instead of worrying about what to do with their hands. ✨

I rarely have my couples just stand there and smile for the camera, especially for most of their gallery. Instead, I love using prompts like this to create movement and genuine interaction.

For this shot, I had them walk toward me while casually talking to each other. Then whenever it felt natural, he’d lift her hand and she’d twirl. Simple prompts like this create beautiful motion, real emotion, and photos that feel natural instead of stiff or overly posed.
