Still CELEBRATING April marking six years of photography!! 🎊🙌🏾🎊 Glory to God!!!

It’s truly been a journey. There have been highs and lows, ups and downs and a lot of mistakes but it’s all been worth it! One day, said “You’re proof of what starting looks like,” and it has stuck with me ever since. 🙌🏾😭

So Future Photographers: for any of you waiting on “the right moment “to start, here it is: THE RIGHT MOMENT.

Now, all you have to do is START!

Hoping I can help- here’s six things I think it’s important for you to know as your begin your journey!

1). There is Room for YOU!

2). Use What You Have!

3). Community & Collaboration > Comparison and Competition.

4). If you don’t SEE it, CREATE it. Your eye is exactly what’s missing.

5). Don’t let the QUIET moments make you want to QUIT. You will have moments, but remember- that’s all it is. Move past it.

6) Know you’ll need to rest. Know you’ll need to pivot. Know you can do both with no apologies.

You are NOT alone. God is with you and I am rooting for you!

Not just capturing faces, but honoring stories, presence, and legacy in real time. Every frame has been built with intention. Every moment entrusted, never taken lightly.
