I am a nature photographer who focuses on the farms, fields, and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains that surround us. I love to photograph families and children in what I explain as "natural moment portraits". I love to capture people in their natural state--a funny face, a characteristic look they give--their true selves. Some of my favorite photographs of my own family involve tears, silly grins, and moments captured at exactly the right time.
