Save the Date!

Join us Thursday, November 12 from 7:00 PM–9:00 PM for the opening of Gallery 270's newest gallery show, Jim Fitzgerald: Between Snow and Silence. Meet the artist and enjoy an evening of art with light refreshments, w**e, and cheese!

Jim's photographs are part of a fully bespoke, fully analogue process from start to finish, without the use of any digital techniques or intervention. Jim begins with a large format film camera handmade from fine hardwoods in his custom woodworking shop. Each image is composed upside down on ground glass. The exposed negatives are then transformed into prints through a rare, 19th century printing process called carbon transfer.
