In this role, you will help shape the future of our city parks, recreational activities, and municipal swimming pool, while building strong partnerships with schools, businesses, and civic groups throughout our community.

📋 Position Details
→Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (Depending on Qualifications)
→Benefits: Medical, IPERS, Holiday Pay, and more

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required (college degree in leisure services or related experience preferred). Must have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and current First Aid/CPR/AED and Pool Operator certifications (or the ability to attain them within 6 months).
