This was such a fun surprise to coordinate 🫶🏼. I had to yell at some people to bug off somewhere else to clear the area and then I realized a little too late that I had chosen to wear a Willow Springs bear shirt 🙂. Real incognito 🙂. Real smart 🙂.

I looked like a creep hiding behind literal bushes, but hey, what photographer isn’t a little creepy?

Aiden took A LOT of care to make sure that this was perfect for this beautiful gal, down to the date- wanting to ask the big question on her birthday 🥹.

A few sneaky phone calls, several hidden texts, and a slap to a CarPlay phone call (my bad 😂), we arrived at this day.

They are such a sweet couple and I wish them nothing but the best!!

Wanted to let everyone know, I am behind on posting previews for a couple of shoots! This past week is always one of the busiest weeks for school. Open House was last night, which is always a long (and fun) day and evening! I will be back to posting this weekend!

Girdley fam 💚

However many years ago, I laid down on a little bed (this is starting weird, huh? 😂) for a couple of hours and let someone make my lashes look longer than they actually are- because ya girl needs HELP.

Do I talk? Do I not talk? What if I fall asleep and snore? How much socializing is too much while I’m getting my lashes done? You know how it goes. Well, I decided to talk.

Patty has since become one of my most favorite people in my life.

Her family is just as lovely. Which is saying a lot! They are natural, fun, and so easy to joke with.

Trevor Hunsucker- Senior (part 1) 🐻.

We battled a few chiggers and rain for a couple of minutes, but we came through with a lot of laughter and some great photos. It rained from location 2 to 3, and once we stepped out of our vehicles, it stopped. Praise the Lord 🙌🏼.

Toward the end of the shoot, we realized that Trevor’s father and grandpa worked on Sawyer’s grandparent’s house, as well as his aunt and uncle’s home! It really is a small (and lovely) world.

We had a ton of fun, and I’m excited for our next session!

Blair Wedding 🤍🖤

What really struck me about this relationship was the basis of friendship. Throughout the day, they were teasing each other, laughing, and seemed so at ease in each other’s presence. Their private vows displayed such a safeness between the two of them that I could see was genuine and true.

For some reason, this wedding and these poses were BEGGING me to make black and white copies. I think because this couple feels so intimate and classic 🤍.

A tea party with Cinderella, Prince Charming, and of course Gus Gus 🩵🐭✨

Prior to this shoot, we had dinner together and then met at my house. When we arrived at my house, Shelby was getting Maddox— I mean Cinderella— out of the car. As she was getting out, she said “mom, were you and Quencie ever sisters?” Shelby replied no, but we pretty much are sisters anyway, and Maddox replied: “I was just wondering why it is I love her so much.” 🥹😭

Same, girl. Same.

Princess Mallory 💜💛

Mallory was very interested in the food (and made a sneaky/ornery face every time she reached for a cookie), playing peekaboo, and smacking leaves with her wand. She was NOT interested in sitting down in the grass for more than two seconds 😂.

She was calm, happy, and sweet the entire shoot.

The Wilson Fam 🐓🌾💙

Sawyer and I went out to the the Wilson farm a few days ago for a fish fry. On the way there, my husband had informed me that Brendon had bought 400 chickens. Free roam. How did his wife feel about it you might ask? Megan says they make her feel calm and happy when she looks at them. An added bonus is that they make for fantastic props (see picture two 😂). I didn’t run any over as I left, if anyone was worried. Because I sure was 😅.

The boys were so fun on this shoot, and Sutton’s smile is to die for 😍
