DAY 3 RECAP:

Having too much fun making TikToks!

YOSEMITE SCAVENGER HUNT! Taking a dip in the river, riding the shuttle, finding park rangers. Such a fun day to have free time and enjoy the park without any shoots!

We catered a lovely BBQ dinner with some good food and a business Bible chat with Nathan Chanski • Photographer & Business Coach . A mind blowing chat tbh.

And lastly ended the night with worship and prayer - the best way to end a Rooted Workshop.

DAY 2 RECAP:

Started the morning with a good ‘ole hearty chat about websites, SEO, and how AI is ever changing with search results.

We had a wonderful table set up with Yosemite Wedding Planner | The Wandering Bride and florals by Sweet Dreams Floral Design to capture in the daytime, then again in the evening.

Then when it was time to head into the valley, we met up with Sammie + Micah | Destination Wedding & Elopement Photographers and Kylah Smook for two amazingly fun shoots!

We frolicked in meadows, splashed in the Merced river, stood on top of cars, and had a killer dinner made by the one and only Brooke + Jacob | Photo & Film (our videographers - Jacob wanted to cook!)

Then we headed out at 10pm for a mock reception at the cutest little nook at our workshop house. We taught how to do motion/radial blur and double exposures. So fun to get creative!
