Feather Plume Falls🌬️🪶
You might have to use your zoom for this one! This waterfall is only visible for a couple months out of the year. It’s just a stream of meltwater from snowfields & Grinnell Glacier on the northeast flanks of Mt. Gould before spilling 1500+ feet to the valley floor- one of the tallest waterfalls in the park. Feather Plume Falls is best seen in late spring/early summer but can disappear into a fine mist on a windy day, with its daily flow often drying up by August.
