🗣CHOOSE A PHOTOGRAPHER WHOSE EDITING STYLE YOU ACTUALLY LOVE.

Before booking, look at their portfolio and ask-
“Would I love MY photos if they looked like this?”

Light + airy. Moody. Warm. Editorial. True-to-color. Every photographer has a style.

And remember—outdoor galleries won’t all look identical. Lighting, cloud cover, time of day, season, location, and background all affect the final tones.

Hiring a photographer and asking them to edit like someone else is like choosing a tattoo artist and handing them another artist’s portfolio. 😅

And PLEASE don’t add filters or edit over your photographer’s finished work. That changes the art you hired them to create.

📸 Choose their style. Trust their vision. Let them create. ❤️

Photographers don’t have free time.
We have “time we feel guilty for not editing.”

Harper was having ZERO part of tonite's session... plus the flies were HORRIFIC at the Forge....so thankful we were able to get 'some' decent shots in before we all bailed on the session. I have watched this family grow over the past few years, they are my neighbors. I will miss seeing the milestones of these kiddos.
