This sweet girl visited my studio this weekend for communion portraits 🩷 I have one more day of studio communion sessions on Saturday morning! These are short and sweet and a great way to capture all the important pictures so you can just sit back and enjoy the day for their First Holy Communion. ✝️

Guess what time of year it is?! 🌸 I’m sure you have been noticing all signs of spring, but it’s really here and the warm weather this week is going to bring out the rest of the pink blossoms. Don’t delay! These cherry blossom sessions are for a limited time only 🩷

Do you have any interest in morning sessions? They are less crowded and the light is beautiful here in the morning, too. Send me a message if yin would like me to add morning spots. They are perfect for young families who don’t have school aged kids yet…. or even school aged families looking to squeeze something in without battling after school sports schedules 😂

My kids are jumping for joy now that it’s finally spring break - even if it’s a short one 😂 If you have kids home from college for Easter weekend, it’s a great weekend to get some updated family pictures. I think we can officially say that spring is here 🥳 I have several upcoming mini sessions if you are interested in blossom minis! When I first started, I remember getting so nervous for in-home newborn sessions. I’d panic on the drive over about if there would be enough light, would the baby cry the whole time, would I be able to get “the” sibling shot. I’ve learned over the years that sometimes there won’t be enough light, sometimes the baby will cry a lot, and sometimes the sibling shot you least expect, will be a favorite. In-home newborn sessions are always a little unpredictable and now that is my favorite part - I always get to use my creativity and try new things 💙

I’ve had so many grandparent sessions this winter and they have always turned out so sweet ❤️ this was a documentary style session where the girls enjoyed a typical afternoon with their grandparents. We played dress up, Legos, games, and even a little screen time at the end 😉

I’m working on all things spring today and setting aside dates for communion mini sessions and spring mini sessions (in between soccer tournaments and swim champs 😅).
