Yesterday was a beautiful day to celebrate love!! :)

I got to honor both my own marriage, as we celebrated 11 years together, and to help a beautiful couple have a great day as they became husband and wife.

Congrats to Mickala Pierson and Jonathon!! Here's to your happily ever after!!! Thank for sharing your day with me and for letting me into your lives. May each day in your marriage be full of so much love. Treasure each other and the family you've built together always. I wish the very best for you both and for your beautiful family.

Happy Anniversary, a day late, to my husband. 11 years have gone by so fast!! I'm so blessed to have you by my side as my husband, partner, and friend. We've had some beautiful experiences together and I'm thankful for each one. We've been on a handful of mini vacations, seen some excellent shows, had many a game night, and so much more. We've built a family together. We've also seen each other through a great deal in the 11 years we've been married and the nearly 14 years we've been together overall. We've faced many losses, including a parent for each of us, a lot of heartache, countless injuries and illnesses, and beyond. Through the best and worst of it all, we've been by each other, celebrating the best times together and being the support for one another when times are hard. I'm blessed to call you my husband. Here's to many more years together.

My second wedding of the year and first full day wedding is in two days!! I'm excited to celebrate with Mickala and Jon this weekend!!! It's been quite awhile since the planning process started and I'm looking forward to watching it all come together for them. ❤️

Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful moms, stepmoms, foster moms, mother figures who've stepped in when the biological parents aren't able to take care of the kids, surrogate moms who are giving others a chance at having a family, pet moms, and single dads who do it all!! This day is for you and I hope it's as amazing as you are!!

The biggest love today goes out to my own mom and also to my stepmom, Cindy. I do also want honor my late foster mom, Shirley. She was a mom to me during a very tough time in my life. Lastly to my late grandma, Lynn, who was a mom to me through some hard times as well. You've all helped shape me in many ways over the years. I love you all, so much.

To Zach and Clara, who made me a mom, thank you for teaching me about unconditional love, a lot about life I didn't realize I needed to learn, and for all the joy you've brought me so far. You make this life of mine worth living. I'm so thankful for the chance to be your mom. You're my everything. I love you beyond words, now and forever.

Happy 13th Birthday to our old man kitten, Onyx!! Yeah, I'm one of those people that celebrates their pet's birthdays. ;) We don't have little parties, though I know some people that do! We do get them little treats and try to make their day a little special though. In our home, our pets aren't just that, they're family. Onyx has been with us through so much and he's still with us, celebrating lucky number 13 this year. I don't like the number 13, at all, but he's a black cat and I think it could be his best year yet. If they had favorite numbers, I feel like he might be partial to 13. ;) In all seriousness though, we wish our boy the best birthday ever! Thank you for all the joy that you bring to our lives. We love you!!

I've been a bit quiet as of late, my apologies. I fell last week and got a concussion that I'm still trying to recover from. While I heal, I've been taking some time to rest and do things for my business that don't require me to do a whole lot. I've had a few phone calls and zooms with potential clients, sent out a few contracts, and put my name out there a bit. I'm trying to limit my screen time, per the doctor's orders, but have made some time to check in. I want you all to know I'm not going anywhere. This girl may have gotten knocked down, but she's still going. I love you all! Thank you for your patience, support, and love!! ❤️❤️
