They’re right when they say marriage is a gift from God. It’s the greatest thing I could’ve asked for and never knew I needed so much. Christopher Guerrette has made all my dreams come true. He has held me up when I’ve had nothing left. He has brought sunshine through the rain. He has pushed on harder, stronger, and faster every day for me…for our family… for us. He never gives up and never settles for “ok”. He strives to be the best… and once he is the best… he looks for the next hill to climb. I appreciate you in every single ounce of your being babe. In honor of this ridiculously special day that should really be more of a holiday then anyone lets on for it to be… I’m posting one photo of each of my newborns. This motherhood journey is willlldddddd. And no matter how many wise women you talk to, no matter how many mom’s groups, and motherhood talks, podcasts and books you tune into you will NEVER be prepared for this rollercoaster of emotions. You will never be prepared for the hard work, the long nights, the MASSIVE amount of decision making and last minute pivots that need to happen. No one can explain the correct path you have to take because there are legit 35672 possibilities for each day of your life as a mom. But also… you can NEVER regret this LITERAL life giving journey. You are creating the next generation. You are shaping the actual future of this world. And no one else was given this opportunity except you. You are placed in the exact role for the exact tiny humans you were mean to raise and nurture and you are doing THE MOST AMAZING JOB on earth. So thank you for spreading the love right alongside me and Happy Mothers Day to anyone that has ever for one minute of their lives been a mom because your brain is never the same from that moment forward and you will forever be a blessing to this earth. ❤️ Happy Mommas Day… and if you think you’re great at guessing games… trying ordering these newborn photos from oldest to youngest. Every sunset is a gift. 😮‍💨 I’ve always known that deep in my soul. I’ve never been able to take my eyes off that color changing horizon until the deep black of night sets in. Even when park rangers are kicking me off the beach… I just need one more minute. One more breath of that salty ocean air. One more glance at that sunshine before it’s gone. As if it’s the last one I’ll ever see. And I know so many of you love that moment as much as me.

Because I don’t want you to miss the sunsets that happen in your home every day either. I don’t want you to miss those little laughs, those really big messes and the gentle kiss he gives you on your forehead. I don’t want you to miss the colorful life you’re living every day. It’s just as special.
