Here’s to my New Year’s resolution of posting more of my work I had genuinely forgotten what it felt like to be so excited to pick up my camera up and not just take pictures of people but burn with passion for meeting new friends and capturing their essence … fully sharing their stories and their next chapters in life. Part of me realized I was just burnt out with school and life and needed to take a break ….so I did.

In doing so I realized I’m still in love with it just as I was before I just needed a little bit of rest so I can give myself fully to those who want me for my art and not just the picture.

So grateful to those who despite not showing up on here still reached out because they knew what I had to offer 🫶🏼 love y’all

I do it for the Joy,
Coming home after every session As I look through the photos I just took I can’t help but grin. I can feel the emotion, the love and joy you feel… it radiates and nothing makes me happier than to be able to capture that and give you something so valuable and beautiful. I treasure these moments along with every person in front of the camera.Yenifer and Marco had many incredibly Contagious moments of laughter that I had the pleasure of witnessing and capturing. Two people in love with each other, in love with life, and In love with the life that their expecting.

Lately I’ve been loving downtown sessions, I used to tell myself and others I preferred to do photography in nature, but I realized I was just scared of leaving my”safe” area , the “safe” locations. The more I come downtown the more I love it, the different colors, the lines, the structures, it made me think outside the box for once and leave my “safe” green engulfed, nature space.
