Here’s a few getting ready tips to consider for your wedding day if you want beautiful photos 🤩

•Keep a neat, clean space 🧹 (Limit clutter like cups, bags and shoes)
•Go where there’s natural light 🪟 (a window works great!)
•Don’t forget solo shots of you getting ready! 💄
•Play your fav jams 🎶
•Have a lil mimosa or drink of choice to elevate your mood 🍹
•Make sure you feel confident and comfortable in your dress and your hair & makeup 💃 (feeling uncomfortable or unhappy with your hair/makeup shows 😣)

Most wedding photographers include engagement sessions in their wedding packages because we know just how important it is to hang out and get to know each other before the big day.

I absolutely love meeting my couples before their wedding day, because when that big day finally does arrive, it’s nice to feel like we’re already friends and you’re already comfortable in front of my lens 🥰🎉

Shay & Larissa’s beautiful, intimate safari wedding day 🦛

Shay & Larissa are from Australia and booked one of my all inclusive 3 night safari elopement packages 🦓✨.

Now, I’m sure when you think of a safari elopement you picture beautiful sunsets and warm, dry days- usually this is true, BUT, nature can throw curve balls and I must say, Shay & Larissa’s elopement was nothing short of simply amazing and beautiful.

They were the happiest, laid-back couple I’ve ever met! We had some unbelievable animal sightings and the highlight was definitely seeing two hippos up close and personal out of the water! (Hippos don’t like the sun, thus this rainy day was the perfect time for them to come out of the water! A very rate sight to see!) 🦛
