Spring veggies are making an appearance!
Now what are you going to do with all that broccolini?
Personally I like my veggies stir-fried with a heaping dose of any kind of spicy sauce. Here I used a chili paste to which I add a couple of teaspoons of vegetable broth.
Oh and I like my bread on the charred side.

Easter radishes make a nice side dish to serve guests because of all the pretty pastel colors. I pan fried these in a little olive oil with salt and pepper. Pan frying (or roasting) takes away the spicy taste of the radish and converts it to a very mild spicy taste. I used a Le Crueset fry pan to really get a good char on the radishes. Add a little thyme to the pan and you're all set!
