While everyone is heading back to school this week, we’re over here wrapping up our THIRD week already! 💕

I still can’t believe how fast the school year is already moving! Of course, I had to sneak in a few back-to-school photos of my own girl after she finished up her official FIRST day of FIRST grade!

⚡️Life is a lot like lightning⚡️

Beautiful. Unexpected. Gone in a split second.

That’s why we photograph it.

The belly before the baby. The tiny hands. The first birthdays. The family together. The laughs, the chaos, the little in-between moments.

Because we don’t get to keep the moment itself… but we can keep a piece of it.

Tonight, I was reminded why I love having a camera in my hands. Even the sky deserves to be remembered☺️

Beneath the surface, everything slows down. 🌊

The world grows quiet, every movement becomes graceful, and for a moment, all that exists is a family waiting on their greatest adventure. A mama carrying life, a dada completely in awe, and a proud big sister already showering her baby sister with kisses before they’ve even met.

These are the kinds of moments that remind me why I love what I do. Quiet. Intimate. Timeless.💗
