This is US! Life is going by faster than I care to admit. Our kids are growing up so fast which makes me desperately want to snap a photo…just to freeze time and be in the moment. Funny enough, early on in my career I heard someone say that if you’re a hobbiest, your kids will have a ton of photos of themselves but if you turn pro, they won’t. I hate to admit, but that is the reality. It’s both good and bad. Photography is my passion and I’m focused and thrive to capture the art and the story when I work. When I’m relaxing and with my family, I want to be In The Moment and be Part Of The Story. This is my why. So this summer we took a break and went off into new adventures. Went mountain bike riding, swam in lakes, caught fireflies, played new board games, explored museums… Coming home feeling relaxed, grateful and ready to create 💗.
