Hi friends! 😝

So I’ve been thinking….and I know what YOU are thinking when I say that. You’re like “gah this girl needs to stop”. But hear me out…

Recently, I’ve done a few behind the scenes bridal boudoirs and I’m OBSESSED. Making women feel empowered, confident, and comfortable in their own skin is something I’ve actually been so proud to be apart of.

So what does this mean? 💋

This means I will be opening my books for what I like to call “The Bo***ir Experience”. This includes one hour of studio time, complementary drinks, and any outfit changes of your choice!

This is not limited to brides this is an opportunity for everyone! Do something for YOU. I promise you won’t regret it.

Schools starting, babies growing, and surpassing little milestones all make you want to cry in the fetal position for days!! I’m not ready for these babies to grow up just as much as this mama is.

After much thought and encouragement (shout out to my friends) I wanted to share a project that I would love to take on!

I’ve seen so many fun and successful stories all over social media so I thought we could give it a try!

I wanted to gauge interest with my followers and my surrounding community to see who might be interested in a stranger photo shoot!

What is a stranger photo shoot? 😝
Short answer - I will personally go through the responses on this form and play what I like to call “matchmaker”. Then I will reach out to both parties that I feel best fit together. We will discuss time and location and then we will do a whole 30 minute photo session and the best part? By the end of the session you won’t be strangers anymore….you might be going on your second date, made a new friend, or completely surprise yourself by stepping out of your comfort zone.

On today’s episode of babies don’t keep….🥹

I had the BEST day with my favorite group of “babies” that aren’t babies anymore. 😭 My heart breaks knowing that the days go by slow, but the years fly by. I’m so thankful I get to capture not only my own babies, but also my friend’s babies that mean so much to me!

Red, white, and TWO! 🧨

My big bright eyed girl with an even bigger personality, how are we here again?

One night I rocked my little tiny little baby to sleep and I woke up with a two year old.

To my favorite girl in the whole world, I pray you always keep that s***k and that you keep on loving without limits. I hope you never forget that I will always be your best friend and your biggest cheerleader…although dad is your favorite person right now.

I’m so proud to be your mom. I’m so thankful that you are forever a part of me. I’m even more thankful that I get to watch you become the person that you are meant to be. ❤️

ps- We made the cake together so it’s extra sentimental as our yearly birthday tradition. So the cake is my favorite part of the beautiful mess. 🥹

DAD

“And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him.”

Sometimes I sit and think about this, specifically envisioning what it must have been like to live out the days that the Bible speaks about. It’s so hard to wrap my mind around how the times are so vastly different.

This story from the book of Luke is such a great example of a father’s love and a glimpse of our Father’s love. Repentance, forgiveness, and love. Three things that I feel every father wants their children to have and personally possess.

Our dad’s do the hard things….they spend the time away, they physically carry the load while mentally they hold it all together, and they come home after a days work and love like no other. You deserve to be celebrated not just today, but everyday.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads! 👔
