There’s always something special about showing up to a wedding and realizing just how many familiar faces are in the room.
Matt and Gianna’s wedding at The Grove was another one of those days. I’ve known Matt and so many of the people there for years through high school, mutual friends, golf, i mean you name it.. So seeing so many old friends and familiar faces throughout the day made this one especially fun.
Matt and Gianna were an absolute pleasure to spend the day with, and the whole celebration had such a great energy from start to finish. It was one of those days where you find yourself catching up with people you haven’t seen in years while also getting to celebrate something really special.
It’s always a good time being back around the Nutley crew, and this day was no exception. Congratulations, Matt and Gianna! Thank you for having us be a part of your day.

Crista + Nate - Verona, NJ
Crista and Nate started out simply knowing who each other were through mutual friends and Crista’s family. A few years later, their paths finally crossed in the right way, and they haven’t looked back since. Ever since, they’ve been taking on every life moment together, from the little things to the biggest milestones.
They always make sure to slow down and enjoy the little moments together, knowing that those are often the ones that mean the most. Most importantly, they believe in loving each other through it all even on the hard days and choosing each other every single time.

Jenna + David - Jersey City, NJ 🏙️
David and Jenna met on a cool fall night at Jersey City’s favorite cocktail bar, Dullboy. One cocktail turned into another, turned into dinner, turned into a second bar (shoutout Boots), turned into a late-night snack, and eventually turned into talking until the early morning hours. By the end of the night, they both knew this was no ordinary first date.
Since then, they’ve blended their busy lives, incredible families, and vibrant cultures into something truly beautiful. Jenna savors a pastel de nata, is slowly learning Portuguese, and loves grilling with David’s family. David devours rainbow cookies, has embraced Jenna’s family traditions, and proudly owns a Philadelphia Eagles hat.
On a snowy winter night overlooking the New York City skyline, David completely surprised Jenna on her birthday with a proposal. And on February 13, 2027, they’ll get to call each other husband and wife. 🤍

105 degrees. ☀️🔥Yeah... that happened. But somehow, we survived it, and Mike and Claudia’s wedding day at Nanina’s in the Park was one for the books.

This one felt a little like another Nutley High School reunion. I went to high school with Mike, had the honor of photographing his sister’s wedding a few years ago, and have even photographed weddings for other members of the family over the years. So getting to be back with the Korbanick family again was pretty special.
Despite the absolutely brutal heat, Mike and Claudia never let it slow them down. The day was filled with so much love, laughter, and plenty of moments worth remembering.
There’s something really cool about watching the families and friendships you’ve known for years continue to grow, and getting to document those moments along the way. Congratulations, Mike and Claudia! Thank you for trusting us to be part of your day. And to everyone who made it through that 105-degree heat... you all deserve a medal. 😂🤌🏻☀️

Doria + Rob - New York City 🏙️
Doria and Rob both grew up just down the road from one another, attended the same schools, and shared many mutual friends. Despite their similar paths, they didn’t officially meet until Doria was a junior in college and Rob was in his first year of law school. Through mutual friends, they began talking and went on their first date in January 2021 in Huntington, Long Island. From that day on, they continued getting to know each other and quickly built a strong connection.

Their first year together was spent navigating a long-distance relationship while Doria completed her senior year at Towson University, where she earned her teaching degree. Throughout that time, Rob made countless trips to visit her, strengthening the foundation of their relationship.

Together, they enjoy beach dates, movie nights, and working out. In January 2025, they took the next step and moved in together. Then, in May 2026, during what Doria thought was just another ordinary beach date, Rob surprised her with a proposal, turning a familiar tradition into one of the most unforgettable moments of their lives.

It’s amazing how life comes full circle.

I’ve known Hannah and her family for over 20 years. In fact, my family babysat Hannah when she was just a toddler! I’ve also known Christian’s family through ours and through growing up in Nutley. He even played sports with my cousin, so this entire wedding felt like one big hometown reunion.
It was incredibly special to look around the room and see so many familiar faces while celebrating two amazing people beginning this next chapter together.
The entire day was absolutely beautiful. Every detail came together perfectly, the aesthetic was stunning, and the energy from everyone in attendance made it one of those weddings you never want to end.
And, of course, having keeping the dance floor packed all night certainly didn’t hurt! Being trusted to document such an important day for families I’ve known for so many years is something I’ll never take for granted. It was an honor to capture these memories and celebrate alongside everyone.

Isabella and Rocco’s wedding day was a day filled with the best energy! From the moment the day began, it felt less like work and more like spending the day with friends. They made everyone feel welcome, kept the laughter going from start to finish, and created such a fun atmosphere that you couldn’t help but smile right alongside them.

Julie + Dan - Madison, NJ
Julie & Danny grew up a few towns apart and had likely often been in the same hockey rink at the same time, but their paths never crossed until the timing was right. They finally matched on a dating app and had their first date at the Famished Frog in Morristown where they bonded about their shared love of hockey, Survivor & puzzles.
Although Julie is a Rangers fan and Danny is a Devils fan, they decided to make it work! Over the past 6 years they have traveled to 33 states together (including one epic RV trip across 4 National Parks), had countless game nights, a million giggles and took a leap of faith opening Danny’s own chiropractic office . These two are set to marry on June 19, 2027 - the anniversary of their first date!
