Still thinking about this night

Being part of the May 2026 Women to Watch issue with Tampa Magazine was already such an honor… but getting to be in a room filled with so many incredible women? That’s what really stayed with me.

Women I’ve admired.
Women I’ve worked with.
Women I was meeting for the very first time.

All in one space — celebrating growth, impact, and the work we’re all building in our own ways.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Coffee in hand, kids in tow, Not polished. Not quiet. Just a group of women showing up for each other at the start of a new day.

It wasn’t about perfect setups or timelines. It was the in between moments. The quick conversations. The familiar “how are you really doing.” The feeling of being around people who just get it.

You could see it everywhere.
In moms helping each other carry things before even being asked.
In kids running between booths like it was one big shared backyard.
In the way conversations picked right up, even if you’d never met before.
In the quiet check ins that meant more than small talk.

Moms who understand the juggle.
Moms who show up anyway.
Moms who make space for each other without needing much explanation.

And even better when the moms who build businesses around supporting other moms show up and rally for something like a field day.

Getting to be part of a morning with and like that felt real. The kind of community you don’t have to try hard to be part of. The place where you feel seen and celebrated. If you were there we’d love to know wha was your favorite part.

Worried your toddler will melt down during newborn photos? You’re not alone—and you’re not the first mama we built our experience for. 🤍

Here’s how we take the stress off your plate:

1. Child-Led Posing
While you get your hair & makeup done (because mama, you’ll be sleep deprived 😅), I’ll capture sweet solos of your new little one. Then about an hour later, your partner and toddler arrive ready to jump right into family photos—no waiting, no boredom, no meltdowns before we even start. Your kiddos lead the way! If they want to be held, we do that. If they’d rather sit on the floor, we do that. Even a drive-by kiss from your wild toddler? That’s perfect too.

2. Zero Prep for You
Wardrobe for you, baby, and bigs (sizes + options ready), on-site hair & makeup, styling help, and a timeline handled by our team. You feed the baby—we’ll do the rest. You can literally forget everything at home (except the baby 😉) and we’ve got you covered. Who wants to stress over outfits and logistics when you could be soaking in that newborn bubble?

3. Prioritized Workflow
Our goal: nail family and sibling shots first, with siblings finishing in under an hour. We know toddler attention spans are short, so we work efficiently while keeping things calm and natural. We get the shot, move to the next, and make sure everyone’s happy before we’re done.

This stopped me in my tracks! 😮‍💨 🥹 Last year during our Santa sessions, one little boy walked in, pushed up his sleeve, and proudly showed the bracelet Santa had given him the year before. He had kept it safe all year long. Without missing a beat, Santa smiled, rolled up his own sleeve, and revealed that he was still wearing his too. ✨ 🥹

And then, in the most magical way, Santa reached into his bag and gave the little boy one of his special tokens — something he only gives to certain kids (usually one or two each year). The boy’s eyes lit up, and you could feel how deeply that moment mattered to them both. Santa whispered softly to him asking him about the second bracelet. You see - when Santa gives you a bracelet he doesn’t just give you one he gives you two. And then he tells you to gift that bracelet to someone who needs to be reminded that they’re special. 🥹🥹

An iconic photo and now an iconic statement frame—designed to be part of the home, not just placed in it.

Here’s what you might not notice at first glance:
1. The frame being silver ties into the kitchen hardware seen on the far wall of kitchen cabinets
2. The image selected works perfectly to overlap the frame while not taking away from the image

It’s been a little while since I’ve reintroduced myself around here — soooo HI, I’m Brittany.

Founder and photographer at Brittany Elise Photography, former NICU nurse, and mom to four beautiful babies.

And as a mom of four… I know what it’s like to feel like you’ll never get THAT photo, the one where everyone’s smiling at the camera. I get it, because I am that mom — wiping noses, wrangling personalities, laughing at the chaos, all the while soaking in a moment where we’re all together — no distractions, just us.

She’s our “yes” girl—always up for a new project, the first to grab a paintbrush when the studio needs a touch up, and the reason our fridge and pantry are stocked with everyone’s favorite drinks and snacks. She keeps the behind-the-scenes running smoothly so your experience in front of the camera is effortless.
