📣 Big News! Honored to have been nominated and made it to the FINALS in contest in the category of Best Bo***ir Photographer in the state of Oregon for 2026. I love what I do and to be recognized for it by all of you is another level. 🥹

A big thank you to all who nominated me. I had no idea this contest was even happening and I was even entered until someone else messaged me the other day.

This second round of votes are open only to other wedding professionals in the industry. I am so impressed with southern Oregon as so many local vendors were nominated for the entire state from our area! From the beaches of Southern California to the Pacific Northwest. Colder, windier, and more spacious. Magical in its own special way. It’s rare to find a place on earth where fresh water springs run from the mountains, through the trees, and down onto the beach. A perfect place to capture such a big moment in a woman and families life. Having a child with someone feels like the ultimate creative expression of love shared for life and a commitment to one another. Even in troubling times, babies bring hope. Babies remind us of new beginnings, possibilities and innocence. The future may not be perfect, but they remind us that the future is worth showing up for. Maternity sessions on the Oregon coast hit different.

California maternity beach sessions. Bare feet, sand in their toes, and the salty air. These two are so excited to add to their family unit soon. A little Martin boy. Congrats!

I am originally from SoCal. That smell of the sea is nostalgic for me and my favorite part about going home. I love traveling for work and have been all over the nation. Feeling lucky and grateful that my work gets me out like that. Next: Hawaii!

A branding session for .disappearing.act as they open their second location in Ashland, Oregon. She could have easily used stock images, but she was determined to use real clients. I loved hearing this. For me, when I see stock images I can tell right away and it doesn’t build trust. My first thought is, “is this a legitimate business?” with all the AI and scams out there. We crave realness and authenticity right now. And you’d never know they had no model experience. We worked all day with 16 clients in 5 locations and they turned out perfect for their website banners. 🙌🏼 Loved this session. How up to date is your branding?

Whether it’s something you’ve always wanted to explore and don’t have someone to do it with or for you, you want check something off your bucket list or add a little spice to your relationship this is it. An experience with photos to look back on. There are endless ties to experience as well as full suspension if that’s what you are drawn to. All sessions are custom designed for you. Sh***ri alone can be a deeply personal and spiritual/transcendent experience of mindfulness & presence, sacred trust, letting go & surrender, and energy exchange. Sh***ri has roots in Japanese aesthetic traditions that value impermanence, asymmetry, emotional intention, and stillness within tension. The rope pattern exists only temporarily, like a sand mandala. This impermanence can feel spiritually symbolic. Always done with consent, open communication, an extensive wisdom and knowledge in safety practices, and attunement. Mx.Knotty is the best of the best and been tying, teaching others hosting classes, producing shows, etc. for many years. She is a master at her craft.
