Tacoma Photo Center is raising funds for a dedicated C-41 film processor to help support our growing film lab, improve turnaround times, and expand processing capacity for customer drop-off film.

Spring Programs are here! 📸 (Link in bio to register for classes)

We’ve got a full lineup of photography classes, creative workshops, darkroom sessions, photo walks, and community nights coming up at Tacoma Photo Center.

All of our programs are open to all ages and skill levels, whether you’re just getting started or looking to dive deeper into film and photography.

All of our Classes & Workshops are free to attend thanks to generous support from . Suggested donations help keep things running if you’re able, but there’s no pressure at all. We work hard to keep our space accessible to all!

Check out the full schedule on the "Program" tab on our website, find something that sounds fun, register, and come hang with us in the lab.

We’ve got a fresh new look! 👀

Thank you to .creates for the beautiful new window mural! We’re really excited to have this on the space.

Kami is running “March Mural Madness” around Tacoma, where locations move forward based on tagged photos (check out her page for more details). It’s a fun way to support local spots and see her work around the city.

If you’re nearby, stop in, take a photo, and tag both of us to help us move to the next round.

A couple of our volunteers tried out the new Harman Switch Azure film stock, what do we think?

HARMAN SWITCH AZURE is a fun, playful, creative film. You can expect your colours to ‘SWITCH’ rendering blues as orange, bright yellows as a vibrant azure and reds as hues of purple/blue.

It comes in ISO 125 and uses standard C-41 chemical processing.

Shoutout to Levy and Fozzy for these shots!
