when C+M originally reached out, they were willing to drive from Cape May to northern NJ (roughly 3hrs!) as they wanted a deep forest vibe. say no more, this sparked a self challenge - find a location that’s halfway for both of us + provides the setting they desired.
happy to report that we found a spot that was truly perfect. from ease of access, to minimal foot traffic + the dreamy light - I’ll definitely be tucking this spot away for future use.
location scouting is hands down one of my favorite aspects to being a photographer. while I have a treasure chest filled with spots that are lovely and mostly used by myself, I will take any opportunity to explore, watch how the sunlight moves and uncover new sites that we are so lucky to be surrounded by.
