Shelby & Carter’s wedding day was the perfect reminder that the best celebrations are the ones filled with genuine joy! From an emotional first look and the sweetest ceremony to a packed dance floor and a gorgeous sunset to end the night, every part of their day felt so effortless and full of love. Their bridal party brought the energy, their family and friends cheered them on every step of the way, and there were so many meaningful touches throughout the day—including a special cake made from the bride’s grandmother’s recipe. One of my favorite parts was getting to sneak away with these two for portraits and watching them soak in every moment of finally being husband and wife. I have been so excited to share Shanli & Greg’s engagement session! These two are so incredibly in love, and you can see it within seconds of meeting them. From the moment we started exploring downtown Springfield, they were completely wrapped up in each other, laughing, talking, and simply enjoying being together. The kind of connection that makes my job easy! One of my favorite parts of the evening was getting to photograph them at The Bressmer, where they’ll be getting ready on their wedding day later this month. It made the session feel even more personal and had us all counting down the days until they say “I do.” I had the best time with these two, and after spending the evening with them, I’m even more excited for their wedding day. It’s going to be such a beautiful celebration!

Introducing the Prices! Ellie and Matt tied the knot this past weekend at The Homestead, and it could not have been a more beautiful day to celebrate their love. After 11 years together, these two share the kind of connection that only comes from growing up side by side. One look was all it took for them to know exactly what the other was thinking, and the smiles never left their faces from the moment the day began. From the heartfelt moments to the nonstop laughter, their wedding day was filled with so much joy and so many people who love them dearly. It was such an honor to document this long-awaited chapter and watch them finally become husband and wife. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Price ✨

So excited to share Miss Leah's Cap & Gown mini for ! After graduating from Glenwood, this girl is headed off to Florida for her next big adventure, and I couldn’t be more excited for her! Getting to know Leah as part of the LWP Senior Spokesmodel Team this past year has been so special, and I’m beyond grateful I got to capture so many memories during this season of her life. She has such a bright future ahead, and I’ll definitely be cheering her on through all of the exciting things to come. Congratulations, Leah!

I know summer is basically here, but I had to share more from Leah & Chip’s dreamy winter engagement session! From starting the evening at one of their favorite date night spots (and where they had their very first date!) to ending the night popping champagne in the middle of a snowy downtown street, this session felt so perfectly them. These two spent the entire evening laughing, joking around, playing pool, and fully embracing the freezing February weather in the most fun way. Between the cozy winter vibes, stylish outfit changes, downtown lights glowing at sunset, and their effortless chemistry, every part of this session felt like the sweetest date night with me tagging along with a camera!
