I think, as photographers, we all have that one family that we only see every so often. But deep down, you wish you could see them every year.
This is that family for me.
I have a difficult time telling clients how much I love them when I see them face to face. Typing out my love for them is a bit easier for me. So I hope that they see this and know just how much they mean to me. They have hired me to photograph their family since 2021. I feel so integrated into the fabric of their lives at this point.
Being able to document the kids grow has been so cool! The very first session I had with them was so much fun and this session brought back so many memories of that first session. I have been scrolling through their galleries just to see how much they have changed. While they may look a little more grown up, their love and laughter is still the same as it was many years ago.
The dad in this family...he is something special. I never had a dad growing up and seeing the way he loves his kids and wife is truly dream worthy. I wish every child and partner had someone like him in their lives. He is SO funny, charming and has a personality that fills up the room. Not a serious bone in his body. Just love and laughter!
Mama here is just a bright light in this world. How could you not smile just looking at her!? She radiates positivity and joy. And she loves her kids just as much as dad does. I am pretty sure that I have offered to join their family on several occasions because one would be lucky to be loved so fiercely.
Alright...that's it for now. I am sure I will gush over them some more in a later post. But I will save all of those words and thoughts for another day.
