Woodruff native Jocelyn Jones, owner of Jocelyn Janel Portraits, has been recognized as a nominee for the 2026 Business Excellence Award through CommunityWorks’ Empowering Entrepreneurship Event.

What started 11 years ago with a borrowed camera has grown into a thriving business centered on empowerment, professionalism, and purpose.
