I am so excited for what life—and business—has waiting just around the corner.
Major changes. Life-altering opportunities. The kind of things I’ve spent years hoping, working, and sacrificing for.
Very few people know just how much I’ve given up in the name of love, passion, and refusing to live a life that felt wrong for me.
I couldn’t bring myself to choose stability at the expense of my soul. So I traded comforts and securities for long nights editing, uncertain seasons, big risks, and mornings waking up to birds and an unobstructed view of the lake.
It hasn’t been easy. There have been incredibly low moments. Moments where I questioned everything and had to lean heavily on the people I love.
And I am endlessly grateful for the people who have supported me without judgment—who respected my choices, believed in my work, and understood why I had to keep going. I am eternally grateful to have a partner who believed in me and my talent enough to support my decision to stay dedicated to photography, rather than pressuring me to join the tedious 9-5.
It’s still too early to share details, but I had a very important meeting today.
I walked in hoping they would see my value.
I walked out feeling seen. Respected. And incredibly powerful.
This may very well be the doorway to the next chapter of my life.
I’ll be honest: it’s terrifying. But I cannot wait to see what’s on the other side. 🤍
