Photography of Eric J. Reed You and I have at least one thing in common....we love creative expression. This page will serve as the launching ground for what has become a 10 year dream.

That dream is going to quickly become a reality. I cannot yet divulge the details, for fear of losing their novelty before I launch, but I can tell you this much:

My intention is to edify the ground level of the music industry, giving both young and experienced musicians the tools and the insight they need to grow as an artist. This primarily means introducing a way for musicians to start making

money from their craft before they've even booked their first tour. This program is equally suited to schools, clubs, universities, and creative entrepreneurs. They will all be approached, but my primary focus is in the music industry, because it is what I love.

** Seeking a model for photos in Southern Utah**
Are you a cyclist..?

Either by road or trail... I need to photograph some example shots of a cyclist for a catalog proposal. I'll send you a link to all of the images that you appear in as payment for your time. The images themselves won't be used commercially (we will both sign a license agreement). I am just creating a sort of "mood board" for pitching a commercial project. I will need somebody who looks the part (with a semi-decent bike, appropriate attire, dry bags or frame bags if you are a bikepacker, and a big smile and/or race face).

Taking photographs at Groovefest was the experience that birthed my confidence as an artist. Its final year, 2015, was especially formative. It's hard to pinpoint the exact fulcrum on which one's personal life makes its most transformative pivots, but that weekend, to me, was clearly one of them. Few memories are as vivid as these, and few faces as dear to me as those that can be seen within them. My life has since moved far too rapidly to spend much time reminiscing, yearning, or expressing much sentimentality, though the longing for such an experience to be repeated was fiercely felt for a while. That too has passed, replaced by a deep gratitude for having ever been there to begin with. A deeper appreciation for life and expression in all of its forms. An awareness of the illuminating force that is found within community. These gifts are very much still alive...

I haven't much more than dabbled in photography for a number of years now, that creative drive having taken other forms... But damn am I glad that it was my tool of choice during this period of time.

This weekend was one that I will always remember.. I have never worked, played, and slept so hard in my life. Thank you. Thank you to all those who made it happen. I

Well, times sure have a-changed. I'm preparing to shut down the screen printing shop for good. It's the end of an era.... It honestly doesn't feel real, yet. Over 11 years spent with this press, inking over 100k shirts and pouring a piece of myself into this particular craft. I've worked on some pretty awesome projects in that time... Thank you to everybody who supported my efforts, presented me with new opportunities for creative outlet, and who fed my own desire for expression through witnessing their own drive to realize a vision.

• I'll be shutting it down on November 22nd.
• Until then, I'm offering 10% off my usual quote, or 15% off re-orders of past artwork.

Thanks again, everybody. Here's to evolution 🤘

I rarely have the opportunity to shoot concerts anymore, and I almost didn't have it in me to take any shots at the benefit show last weekend... But I'm glad that I did... Photography has always been a surefire way to find myself in a more centered state of mind. God knows I needed it.

It's cool having friends who will help you out when you need a stand-in for studio work. Yesterday "all-around-great-guy" Mark Bryce helped me take some portraits.
