Somewhere between being “mama” and “photographer,” it’s easy to forget to be me.
Pouring into my kids, my clients, my business, it’s what I love, but I’ve learned that I can’t give my best to everyone else if I’m running on empty.

Taking care of my health: physically, mentally, emotionally has become a priority, not a luxury. Slowing down when I need to, saying no when I have to, and making space to breathe, rest, and reset.

My family deserves the best version of me, and so do the people who trust me to capture their most meaningful moments.

I never take for granted the love and support around me. The ones who show up, who encourage me, who remind me I don’t have to do it all alone, you mean everything!

This season of life is full, sometimes overwhelming, but also incredibly beautiful. I’m learning to take care of myself just as intentionally as I take care of everyone else, and I encourage each of you to do the same. 🤍
