Happy Birthday to this gorgeous girl, Maddie.
We frolicked in the wildflowers and had the best time. She invited her best friend along to take bestie photos, and I'm so glad she did! These two have been friends for years. I photographed them both when they were little girls and now they are such lovely young women, so grown up and still the best of friends. I think best friend sessions should be a regular thing, don't you?
Senior sessions, childhood sessions, they are all perfect opportunities to capture these precious relationships. :)

We started this session in a complete cloud, no visibility from the heavy fog that rolled in on the coast. Then, just like magic, about 15 minutes into our session all the fog parted and the most beautiful sunlight streamed in... I can't wait to share more from this gorgeous maternity session. We literally had all the weather in an hour's time. 😍

These blooms are fading fast. This was just on Sunday and with this week's heat they aren't going to last much longer. This location was perfect for young kids, not too long of a walk and plenty to keep their attention. Only a couple spots left!

Adrianna’s senior portraits were fun and care-free. I love working with confident and kind teens! Not only is she a talented soccer player and student, but she volunteers at many east county philanthropies each semester. She’s excited to continue her soccer career at the collegiate level this fall and I know her family is extremely proud! Check out some faves from our session in Coronado, the weather was perfect! 😍

Don't miss out on these limited sessions! The yellow wildflowers will beautiful next month. This location is perfect for senior portraits, maternity, engagement or family portraits.
For obvious reasons, I don't recommend this location for families with wiggly toddlers who want to run away from everyone ;)

If you want a spring wildflower session, now is the time to book! This rain will make all the trails and meadows continue to be lush and green 😍 The wildflowers are sure to be amazing this season since we’ve had an early rainy season with consistent levels. They are blooming early so don’t delay.

Rain, Rain Go Away… But Wait!
Photographer Tip:
The best sunsets are often at the end of a storm.
Rainy weeks scare people away, but it’s giving me so much joy knowing we’ll get some incredible sunsets and a longer Wildflower season. 😍

Get your beach session scheduled before the inevitable May gray and June gloom arrive.
And if you’re hoping for wildflower sessions, they are booking NOW. Don’t wait until you see all your friend’s flower pix popping up in your feed. That’s exactly when the flowers start fading. March and April are prime wildflower months with some lingering into May.

I’m pulling my samples for my spring locations and had to share these precious Mommy & Me photos. 😍 These babies are much bigger now but oh my were they so adorable!
This location is one of my upcoming mini sessions and it is gorgeous, weeks earlier than usual from our early rain and warm weather. Lush, green meadow and gorgeous sycamore trees make it a perfect spot for updated portraits of your kids, baby bump, senior or family. Limited dates are available. Hello friends, it’s been a minute! January is always my month to decompress after 4 months of busy season and I take a much needed step back from social media. But, it’s now February and I had to pop on to share a little Joy and positivity. I sent this gallery out today and had the biggest smile on my face because this sweet baby exudes pure joy and happiness. Isn’t she precious?? Her family was a delight to work with. East County Friends, go check out my friend’s new coffee shop, Lakeside Social on Woodside.
It’s sooo good! Aubrey had an açaí bowl and I had the Wildcat BLT on a salt bagel with a Giddy Up (salted pistachio honey latte.) Everything was Delicious and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend 😊
